Thankfully, tea is widely affordable today. In fact, most of the tea we drink is of the blended variety. Tea blends were created to uphold flavor quality and to reduce the cost
of production by mixing premium blends with standard teas. The taste of pure tea is never consistent because various factors such as geographical location and harvest time affect its flavor. Tea masters use various herbs, flowers and essential oils to achieve the uniform taste and quality that avid tea drinkers expect in every cup.
You might be surprised to know that tea is the second most popular beverage in the world, behind water. With at least 2000 varieties grown in over 25 countries it is no wonder people have fallen in love with its robust flavor and health benefits.
As tea continues to gain popularity, new blends are constantly being created and discovered. So drink up and enjoy!
